Hannah Cole is a Partner in London and leads the firm’s People & Organization practice. She works with executive teams on organization design, decision rights and the leadership side of large transformations, mostly in financial services and healthcare. She has led redesigns of organizations ranging from 800 to 40,000 people.
Hannah joined Vertex in 2016. Before that she spent nine years in human resources leadership roles, most recently as head of organization development at a large UK insurer. She writes regularly on organization design and is the author of the firm’s guidance on zero-based organization design.
