Marcus Lindqvist is a Partner in Zurich and leads the firm’s work on AI in operations. He helps utilities, grid operators and manufacturers move analytics out of pilots and into daily decisions on maintenance, scheduling and quality. His team built the predictive maintenance program that cut unplanned outages by more than a quarter for a Southeast Asian grid operator.
Marcus joined Vertex in 2017 from an industrial automation company, where he ran a data science group serving power and process industry customers. He holds a doctorate in applied statistics and has published on the reliability of maintenance models in the field.
