Elena Marsh

Elena Marsh is Managing Partner of Vertex Advisory Partners and leads the firm from New York. She advises chief executives and boards on corporate strategy, portfolio choices and acquisitions, mainly in financial services and consumer businesses. Over two decades she has led more than forty strategy engagements, including the portfolio review of a diversified insurer and a store network strategy for a national grocer.

Elena joined Vertex in 2011, two years after its founding, and became Managing Partner in 2020. Before Vertex she spent eight years at a global strategy consultancy and three years in corporate development at a consumer goods company. She holds an MBA and a degree in economics, and sits on the advisory board of a business school case program.
